2. Shipping Policy Overview

  • 2.1 Shipping Time: Our standard shipping time across India is 4 to 7 days from the date of order confirmation.

  • 2.2 Shipping Costs: Shipping within India is completely free of cost for all orders.

  • 2.3 Courier Services: We use reliable courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, and Delhivery to ensure your purchase reaches you safely.

  • 2.4 Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, the delivery executive will typically contact you before delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can coordinate with the courier company to arrange for a re-delivery.

  • 2.5 Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the specified timeframe, we are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, natural disruptions, or time lags from the courier companies.

3. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy Overview

  • 3.1 Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us immediately at info@mameraa.in.

  • 3.2 Mandatory Unboxing Video: A clear, uncut, 360-degree unboxing video is strictly required to process any return, exchange, or replacement requests for missing, damaged, or defective items.

  • 3.3 Replacement or Exchange: In the case of a requested replacement for non-defective items (e.g., size exchange), return shipping costs may be chargeable. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.

  • 3.4 Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, along with the unboxing video, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • 3.5 Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include personalized/custom products, personal care goods, sale/clearance items, and gift cards.

  • 3.6 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your approved return, your refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method (or provided bank account for COD orders) within 3 to 7 business days.

  • 4.1 Warranty Period: Select products may come with a up to 6-month warranty (depending on the product category), providing peace of mind and assurance of quality. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific warranty applicability.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • 5.1 No Responsibility for Delays: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mameraa shall not be responsible for any delay caused by unforeseen time lags by the courier companies, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery. Furthermore, Mameraa is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or its products.

  • 6.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
