At Mameraa (operated by KINJAL NILESH ASODARIYA), we value our customers and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with our clear and transparent Return and Refund policy.

 

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • 14-Days Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after 14 days of delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and barcodes intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, altered sarees/apparel, or items purchased during specific clearance flash sales (if explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page) cannot be returned.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can connect with our customer support team through any of the following channels:

  • Email Support: Send an email to info@mameraa.in with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
  • Call & WhatsApp Support: Reach out to us at +91 9426009997.
  • Live Chat: You can also contact us via the Live Chat Support available on our website dashboard during our working hours (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Once your return request is verified and accepted, our logistics partner (Bluedart) will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address. If reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, we will guide you on how to self-ship the item back to us.

 

3. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a free replacement.

 

4. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item at our facility, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • 7-Days Refund Timeline: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) or bank account within 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, our support team will contact you to collect your bank account details or UPI ID to securely transfer the refund amount.

 

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
