1. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden fees, membership costs, or extra delivery charges at the checkout.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

• Handling Time: All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday) after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Transit & Estimated Delivery Time

• Transit Time: Once dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery time via Bluedart is 3 to 5 business days depending on your region.
• Total Delivery Time: The total expected time to get your product is 4 to 8 business days (Handling + Transit).

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link and a Tracking ID via your registered email address and WhatsApp/SMS. You can monitor your package live on the Bluedart official tracking platform.

5. Delivery Address & Guidelines

Please ensure your full address, area code, and phone number are correct at checkout. Our courier partner will make three delivery attempts before returning the parcel to our hub. In case of any delivery-related issues, feel free to contact us immediately.
