Case 1: Damaged and defective goods received
- A complaint has to be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- A complaint has to be made by email with the subjectĀ ComplaintĀ forĀ Order NumberĀ andĀ Product Code.
- A picture of the damaged part has to be sent via email for assurance.
Our team reviews it within 1 business day and offers you a solution as any one of the following:
a) Replace defective goods immediately, free of charge.
b) Offer you a credit note.
c) Refund the full amount instantly.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fee of the purchase price will not be charged.
Refunds
All refunds are governed by the return and exchange policy.

- A money refund is the actual return of the agreed refund amount back to the credit card used in making the payment.
- A refund will be made in the same form in which payment was made within 7ā10 working days.
